Lund Stougaard required an efficient solution for managing orders, invoices, and credit notes from multiple suppliers who used varying formats. Some suppliers submitted orders in PDF, while others utilized EDI formats. Their goal was to consolidate all order data into their Rackbeat system while accommodating specific customizations to meet their unique business needs.
The Solution
- Orders: We implemented a solution to manage orders received from multiple channels, including FTP, IMAP, and network sources. For orders received via IMAP in PDF format, we provided a conversion process to ensure compatibility with their Rackbeat system. Orders received through FTP and network connections were streamlined and automatically imported into Rackbeat, optimizing their order processing workflow.
- Invoices/Credit Notes: Similarly, we integrated the handling of invoices and credit notes. These documents were processed and delivered to customers through the network in the required formats, ensuring seamless and efficient document exchange.
