- File Routing through Email Gateway
An Email Gateway was created, allowing suppliers to send invoices in any format to a dedicated IMAP email system. This gateway automatically routed files based on predefined criteria (file type or supplier), ensuring they were directed to the appropriate processing channel and underwent necessary validation checks.
- PDF to XML Conversion
For suppliers submitting invoices in PDF format, an automated PDF-to-XML (OIOUBL) conversion tool was implemented. This ensured that invoice data met TDC’s standards accurately and reduced the manual workload for TDC’s team.
- Custom Hub App for Unstructured Files
Some invoices arrived in unstructured formats like JPEG or DOC, which the standard conversion tools could not process. To address this, a Custom Hub App was developed to convert these unstructured files into a compatible XML format for seamless processing.
