Overview – Introduction about customer

SweetSpot is your advisor and sparring partner when it comes to impulse goods. With over 25 years of experience throughout the Nordics, Sweetspot advise with the best recommendations and handling of the purchase and delivery of impulse goods, so that customer focus on your core business.

The Challenge

There are multiple flows that need to be managed in one place. This includes importing orders from different locations and customers, having multiple conversations organized by customer and country, and exporting invoices to customers at different locations.

Solutions – What are we doing for the customer

We are currently receiving orders from Sweetspot’s customers (Trading Partners) and converting (EDIFACT–>HUBXML, HUBXML–>HUBXML) them into the preferred XML version for Sweetspot’s ERP System (Uniconta). Subsequently, we import them into the Uniconta account.
We are exporting invoices to trading partners from their Uniconta systems with the conversion (HUBXML–>EDIFACT, HUBXML–>OIOUBL) of the invoices as per their requirements.
