What Can You Integrate with Adobe Commerce?

What Can You Integrate with Adobe Commerce?

About Adobe Commerce ERP Integration

Adobe Commerce, formerly Magento Commerce, is a customisable commerce platform used by mid-size and enterprise merchants for B2C and B2B webshops. It runs selfhosted, on Adobe's cloud infrastructure or as Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, and Magento Open Source shares the same core. Connecting Adobe Commerce to your ERP removes manual order entry and keeps stock, prices and product data consistent across every website and store view. Orders flow into the ERP, while stock, prices and shipment details flow back to the store.

How the Adobe Commerce Integration Works

HubBroker sits between Adobe Commerce and your ERP, so the store needs no custom integration code.

  1. A customer places an order on any website or store view.

  2. HubBroker retrieves the order through the Adobe Commerce RESTAPI.

  3. The order is validated and mapped to the right ERP company, currency and items.

  4. The sales order is created in your ERP.

  5. When the order ships, HubBroker creates the shipment with tracking in Adobe Commerce, and stock and price updates follow on their own schedule.

Who Needs Adobe Commerce Integration?

  • Multi-store merchants running several websites or store views on one ERP.

  • B2B sellers whose customer-group and tier prices are maintained in the ERP.

  • Retailers with several warehouses or a 3PL that need stock per location.

  • Teams replacing custom Magento extensions with a monitored, maintainable integration.

ERP and Business System Connectivity

HubBroker connects Adobe Commerce to the ERP you already use. Typical connections include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, e-conomic and Uniconta, with Rackbeat for inventory. Each connection is configured for your store structure and ERP setup.

Benefits of Adobe Commerce ERP Integration

  • No manual order entry: Orders from every store view reach the ERP in one validated structure.

  • Stock per warehouse: ERP quantities update each inventory source, reducing oversold items.

  • Prices maintained once: ERP price lists publish to each website, including tier prices for B2B groups.

  • Faster customer updates: Shipments with tracking trigger the store's own shipping notifications.

  • Fewer custom extensions: Integration logic runs in HubBroker, not inside your Commerce instance.

Technical Integration Requirements

  1. API access: Adobe Commerce RESTAPI. Self-hosted, cloud-infrastructure and Magento Open Source stores use an API integration created in the admin; Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service uses Adobe IMS server-to-server credentials.

  2. Permissions: Access limited to the resources the agreed flows need, such as orders, products, inventory and shipments.

  3. ERP access: Your ERP's connector orAPI.

  4. Data mapping: SKUs matched to ERP items; store views, tax classes and shipping methods mapped to ERP values.

  5. Testing: A staging store for testing before go-live.

How HubBroker Can Help

HubBroker connects Adobe Commerce to your ERP through HubBroker iPaaS. We configure the connection, map store views, attributes and tax classes to your ERP structure, and automate the exchange of orders, stock, prices and shipments. Every transaction is validated and logged, and e-mail notifications flag anything that needs attention.

Yes. Magento Open Source and self-hosted Adobe Commerce share the same RESTAPI framework. Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service uses Adobe IMS authentication instead, which is set up during onboarding.

Yes. Each order carries its store context, which HubBroker uses to route it to the right ERP company, currency or price list

Where multi-source inventory is enabled, quantities are published per inventory source. Otherwise one quantity per SKU is sent

Attributes exposed through the RESTAPI can be mapped when the ERP has a matching field. Attributes added by third-party extensions are reviewed during setup.

Yes. Orders are created in Business Central, and stock, prices and shipments are returned to the store.

The order stays in HubBroker with a clear error, such as an unknown SKU, and an e-mail notification is sent. Once fixed, it is reprocessed without duplication.
