The Challenge – High-Volume PDF Invoice Processing at Scale

As one of Denmark’s largest digital service providers, TDC Brands receives an enormous volume of supplier invoices — thousands of PDF documents every month, with 100+ arriving daily from a wide range of suppliers.

AI PDF Data Capture

Incoming PDF invoices are read and extracted automatically by HubBroker’s AI capture engine, removing the need for manual data entry and ensuring TDC Brands receives compliant, error-free invoices daily.

Mapped Flow (supplier templates)

For suppliers that send many invoices in a consistent structure (for example, 15 files following the same layout), HubBroker builds a dedicated mapping for that supplier. Files matching a known supplier template are processed through this optimized mapped flow for maximum accuracy.

Unmapped Flow (AI fallback)

When an incoming file is not recognized by any existing supplier mapping, it is automatically routed into the unmapped flow, where the AI data capture solution handles extraction. This ensures no invoice is ever dropped — every document is processed, mapped or not.

Format Conversion & Delivery

Captured invoice data is converted into the required OIOUBL format, delivered securely to TDC Brands’ KMD server, and imported into the ERP — with the company’s custom business rules applied throughout the flow.
